There is a memorial service for Mr. Thomas Ross, Jr. at the Roosevelt High School auditorium at 12 noon on this Saturday. Mr. Ross served as Band Director at Roosevelt High School from 1963-1977.

I am a long time lisenter to your radio show. I think that your show is a great link to our community. To make long story short I was listening a few weeks ago and heard a sister say that she was laid off of her job, and my heart with out to her. I have been on my job for thirty seven years and facing being laid off. A friend of mine invited me to see a FHTM video, and changed my way of thinking about working. I want to share this with all that are facing downsizing or layoffs.
